More knowledge about Anger management WON’T WORK, You need THIS ONE THING


Anger issue is affecting a lot of people in the world. We get mad and use harsh words, shouting or violence. Most of us know what is right or wrong, but we do that anyway. so why you think seeking more knowledge may calm you down when you know most of that already? The problem won’t solve because you WON’T REMEMBER all the positive quotes or magical affirmation or whatever you remind yourself not to do when you get mad. Isn’t that true?

When you mad, you lost “YOU”. The one that yelled is not “YOU” who know all the beautiful concept. Based on my own experience as a BIG SHOUTER MFKR myself, I know first-hand all those shinny concept fail to remind you.

So what I did discover is Meditation. I mean this simple meditation helps me a lot in discipline myself. What I do is I sit for long minutes like 10-60mn depend on my mood. Before I sit, I make sure I’m comfortable enough not to move through out the whole time. By practicing awareness of my breath, I learn that most feeling, hate and anger are created by my own mind. When I’m aware of this at the experience level (Not knowledge level), I have strong awareness about my mind and feeling.

For example, when my kid throw tantraum, normally, I ask nicely a few time and fight hard not to get mad and shout. 3 Seconds later, I snapped big time, haha that’s true. After doing some weeks on meditation, when the kid throw tantraum (can you guess what happened?), I’m calm and all the concept/knowledge about anger is stay there. I mean I’m there with all the knowledge without losing it. I know what to do, I’m calm and managed it better. I’m not snapped at all. I mean it.

What I practice is simple. Just sit, no scratch, no swallow salvia, no judgement when your mind wandering just aware that is wonder, I often laughing inside about my wandering mind. I’m really want to laugh because it drifted so easily I almost can’t believe it is mine.

So assuming you have searched for the magical knowledge that help you better manage your anger. And you found plenty of useful concept/mindset. GOOD! Then what you need is not more knowledge. Just do this simple thing. SIT and AWARE of your breath. NO SCRACTHING, NO Swallow SALVIA, No movement.

What a world we live in, can’t even share simple thing without worrying about someone sue you. psst. Good bye, I’m eating my lunch now.
